01Agreement to these Terms
Uniburd Muscle (the "App") is published by Milan Ravasz ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.
02What the App does
The App lets you record exercises and set counts, visualises the muscle groups you have loaded on a body map, and keeps a history so you can review trends over time. It is a logging and visualisation tool. It does not provide coaching, programming, or medical advice, and it does not measure anything about your body directly.
Muscle assignments for each exercise are simplified approximations based on common anatomy references. Real activation varies with technique, load, and the individual. Treat the map as a guide, not a measurement.
03Health & safety notice
Nothing in the App is a substitute for advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, or certified coach. You are solely responsible for deciding what exercises to perform, how much weight to use, and how often to train. Stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
04Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial fitness tracking, in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
You may not:
- copy, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App, except where the law expressly permits;
- sell, rent, sub-license, or redistribute the App or any part of it;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
- use the App in any unlawful way or to harm others.
05Your data and content
Workout entries and anything you type into the App belong to you. They are stored on your device and are not transmitted to us (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping backups of your device if your history is important to you. We cannot restore data that is lost through device failure, uninstalling the App, or resetting it.
06Intellectual property
The App, including its body-map graphics, exercise database, code, design, and the name "Uniburd Muscle", is owned by Milan Ravasz or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Apart from the licence in clause 04, no rights are granted to you.
07Purchases and updates
If the App or any feature is offered for a fee, the purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Refunds are handled by those stores according to their policies. We may release updates that add, change, or remove features. Some updates may be required for the App to keep working, and support for older versions or operating systems may end.
08Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of the muscle map or trend data, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milan Ravasz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, for personal injury arising from your training decisions, or for loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or ten euros if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these Terms. Clauses 05, 06, 08, 09, and 11 survive termination.
11Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard by the courts there, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights or a different forum. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced inside the App. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
